If you wish to ship your art, click here for shipping info, otherwise drop-offs must be made ONLY during the following date and times:
Wednesday November 29th 7-8pm
If you cannot make this date, contact us to make other arrangements.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
– DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR ART PRIOR TO THIS DATES. We do not own the venue and no Krampus staff will be there to accept them. Your art may become lost and we will not be responsible.
– ALL ART MUST INCLUDE THE WTH ART INFO LABEL. Please make sure our label is affixed with tape on the back of each piece. You may download the label to print and fill out here: WTH Art Info Label
– DO NOT CALL THE VENUE. We do not own the venue and no staff will answer the phones there. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.

On drop-off, you will receive a numbered confirmation ticket as receipt of your art. Save this ticket as it must be presented in order to pick up any art that does not sell.
+ Art Pick-up Information +
If your art does not sell, pickup will happen ONLY the following date and times:
Friday December 1st 1-2am (event night)
When taking your art home that night, please wait for us to sign you out first and DO NOT remove your art on your own. If you are not attending the event, contact us to make other arrangements.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
– BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION TICKET. This is the numbered ticket you will receive when dropping off your art. If you do not have your ticket and are the artist, photo ID will also be acceptable to pick up your art. No exceptions. This is to protect and secure your art. If you arrange for someone else to pickup your art, make sure they bring your ticket and know your registered information (name and address).
